Job Description Our ABA and Special Instruction Home-based Therapists work with our dynamic team of Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists to serve children aged 0‑3 that have developmental delays. Children in our program receive 1:1 highly individualized ABA instruction with goals that are child‑specific based on thorough assessment, ongoing data collection, and data‑driven decision making. Methods include applied verbal behavior, discrete trial instruction, and an emphasis on embedded coaching.
