Nurse Manager (RN)Position Overview: As a Nurse Manager (RN), you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily nursing operations within your assigned unit to ensure the highest quality of resident care.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAsOverseeing resident care plans and ensuring quality clinical outcomesAdministering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policiesMaintaining accurate and timely resident documentationMonitoring compliance with state and federal regulationsCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-beingBuilding positive working relationships with residents, families, and team membersAssisting with staff development, coaching, and performance managementRequirements:Nurse Manager (RN) Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of IllinoisCurrent CPR CertificationMinimum of 3 years of supervisory nursing experienceMinimum of 3 years of long-term care experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
