Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support enterprise hiring initiatives by proactively sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a strong full-cycle recruiter with exceptional sourcing capabilities who enjoys building passive talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates before roles are officially opened. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to maximize sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on passive candidate sourcing. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and AI-powered recruiting tools. Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Recruit primarily for IT and Technology positions while remaining flexible to support hiring across other functional areas as business needs evolve. Develop talent pools for anticipated hiring demand, including roles not yet formally opened. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market availability. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and provide regular recruiting updates. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience required. IT/Technology recruiting experience preferred, but candidates with diverse recruiting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Comfortable leveraging AI recruiting tools to enhance sourcing and screening efforts. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
