RN MDS Coordinator: Care Plans & Compliance Lead

Life Care Centers of America is looking for an RN MDS Coordinator in Detroit, Michigan. This role requires coordinating and assisting with the completion and submission of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments and Care Plans according to CMS regulations. Ideal candidates should have at least an associate’s degree in nursing and two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics. The successful candidate must maintain a current Registered Nurse license and demonstrate advanced knowledge in their field, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
