As our Maintenance Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of sales professionals, shape market strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region.

What You'll Do 

Lead a High-Performance Sales Organization 

You'll be responsible for building a culture of accountability, coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance sales representatives. 
• Establish team goals, activity standards, and performance expectations. 
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews. 
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent. 
• Drive engagement, retention, and professional growth across the team. 

Drive Growth and Customer Retention

Our growth strategy is centered on delivering exceptional customer value and long-term partnerships.

• Lead initiatives designed to achieve approximately 30% annual maintenance agreement bookings.
• Improve customer retention and contract renewal performance.
• Support the team on strategic opportunities, key presentations, negotiations, and complex customer situations.
• Review pricing strategies and sales approaches to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Identify trends and opportunities that accelerate market growth.

Leverage Data to Drive Sales Excellence

Success requires visibility, discipline, and execution.

• Champion Salesforce adoption and best practices.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Use dashboards and performance metrics to identify opportunities and coach results.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and visibility for company leadership.

Partner Across the Business

You'll work closely with Service, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure customers receive seamless experience from initial sale through ongoing service delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation designed to reward team leadership and measurable maintenance sales performance.

Base Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000 annually, based on background and experience.

Incentives are calculated as a percentage of actual base salary. Target total annual cash compensation at 100% goal attainment ranges from $149,500 to $175,500. At 130% goal attainment, total annual cash compensation ranges from $184,000 to $216,000.

Maintenance agreement bookings must meet company-approved pricing and planned gross-margin requirements to qualify for incentive compensation.

Requirements:

 

Required Experience

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, facility services, building services, or a related industry.
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Proven success coaching teams to exceed performance goals.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management.
• Experience selling recurring service agreements, maintenance contracts, or similar solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Commercial HVAC or mechanical service industry experience.
• Experience implementing and reinforcing a consultative sales process.
• Proven success recruiting and developing sales talent.
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems and facility operations.
