You will be responsible for managing your own opportunities, executing consistent and thoughtful follow-ups, and turning inquiries into loyal, long-term clients. Core Sales Responsibilities Deal Advancement: Expertly navigate the sales cycle from discovery to close. You must know how to identify customer pain points, build value, overcome objections, and actively move the sale forward at every touchpoint. Relentless Follow-Up: Execute a rigorous, multi-channel follow-up strategy. You understand that deals are won in the follow-up and possess the organizational skills to ensure no prospect gets left behind. Pipeline Management: Maintain absolute accuracy in our CRM, actively forecasting your revenue, tracking touch points, and managing a high volume of active deals without dropping the ball. Consultative Closing: Transition smoothly from acting as a trusted advisor to asking for the business and negotiating terms that benefit both the client and the dealership. Required Skills & Qualifications Automotive Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the automotive industry is required. Proven Track Record: Direct, quota-carrying experience with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Tactical Execution: A demonstrable ability to drive pipeline velocity. You must be able to articulate your specific process for advancing stalled deals. Tech Proficiency: Highly tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems effortlessly. You must be completely comfortable managing CRM software, digital communication channels, and adapting quickly to new technology. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to hold firm during negotiations and confidently present solutions to decision-makers. Self-Motivation: A highly autonomous work ethic with the drive to initiate tasks, prospect daily, and perform without micromanagement.
