Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Post-Acute / Rehabilitation Hospital – Oklahoma City, OK
OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a post-acute and rehabilitation hospital setting. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and clinical staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
- Support patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation
- Observe patients and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Provide emotional support and ensure a positive patient experience
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Support nurses and therapists during treatments, procedures, and rehab activities
- Strong patient care and bedside manner
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Ability to assist patients safely with mobility and ADLs
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service mindset with a patient-focused approach
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
- Active CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma (required)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Post-acute / rehabilitation hospital setting
- Working closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Fast-paced environment focused on recovery and patient progress
- Hands-on patient care with physical activity required (lifting, bending, standing)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
