Job TitleWork Flexibility: OnsiteSchedule: Sun – Thurs; 8:45pm – 5:15am, OT requiredWhat You Will Do:Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of productsUnloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed partsApplies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specificationsSets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color, and feed rateResponsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work areaCommitted to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteriaStrives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in preventative maintenance and safety programs, striving for cost reduction, and committing to on-time, complete, and error-free shipmentsMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekendsWhat You Need:PreferredHigh School Diploma or GEDManufacturing experience, a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to maneuver and lift materials above head, requiredAbility to lift and maneuver up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to work majority of shift standing/walking, requiredAbility to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed$20.75/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
