Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (OT) Occupational Therapist, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist
• 3 years experience Required Years of Experience
