Join our team and see where the flight benefits can take you.Job Summary: Responsible for transporting airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely. Assist customers with their luggage and answers any questions they may have. Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bus.Benefits:Flight Privileges: Offered after 30 days for employees and eligible family members!Weekly pay for hourly employees (could change it specific to the state e.g. CA)Full time starts at 30 hours per week!Paid time off (for full-time employees).Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (for full-time employees).401k for all employees.Exclusive discounts and additional wellness programs.Job Duties:Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection, report deficiencies, and complete all reports.Provide pleasant customer service, assist with luggage, and address customer service - related questions and issues.Assist passengers with special needs.Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure effective fleet operations.Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standardsImmediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.Qualifications:High School diploma or GED.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B).Physical requirements:Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.Working conditions:Must be able and open to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or veteran status.
