AutoZone provides an ideal platform to advance your career in an essential industry that supports the driving community.\n\n What We’re Looking For \n \n \n Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.\n Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.\n \n \n \n  You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have \n \n \n \n Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. \n Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail \n Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification\n \n \n \n\n\n Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.\n Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. \n Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. \n Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency. \n Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. \n Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising. \n Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards. \n Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. \n Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.\n\n
