Customer Service Representative Entry-Level | Full-Time

We are hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced office environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while providing outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking between phones, customer questions, order processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services
• Process customer orders accurately and timely
• Enter and update customer information in company systems
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining professionalism and positive customer relations
• Provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable handling heavy call volume throughout the day
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
