Maintenance Worker

Manufacturing Equipment MaintenanceResponsibilities:Responsible for maintaining safety, equipment repairs, and modifying all manufacturing machines and facility equipment.Job Functions:Perform emergency repairs, daily inspections, and routine adjustmentsManage preventive maintenance schedule.Responsible for maintenance of building equipment, which includes, but is not limited to: compressed air, forklifts, metal production saws, hydraulics, and building safety equipment.Effectively communicate with production personnel to identify problematic areas of concern.Maintain organized documentation, inspection records, etc.Actively participate in creating a safety-oriented culture.Perform other duties as required or assigned by the operations manager.Required Qualifications/Skills:Must work effectively in a team settingMust be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours/day, and walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch or crawlAbility to understand schematics, drawings, and machinery manualsSuccessfully complete a background check and drug screenEffective communication skillsOther Desired Qualifications/Skills:Knowledge in examining and testing elements of electrical systems is a plusExperience with forklift repair, metal production saws, overhead cranes/doorsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeWe offer a full comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, vision, company paid life- insurance, short and long-term disability, paid vacation, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement among other competitive benefits.TW Metals, LLC. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
