About the role

Seeking a SailPoint Developer to join our team supporting the Department of Defense's Identity and Access Management initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with foundational experience in IAM solutions, eager to grow their skills in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform development within a government contracting environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, compliant IAM solutions that protect sensitive data and streamline user access management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create custom integrations with applications and systems using SailPoint APIs and connectors.
• Implement access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory standards.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration details.
• Prepare reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM solutions with organizational policies.
• Support project managers to ensure the timely delivery of IAM projects.

Job Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with Secret security clearance.
• Possession of Security+, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise identity governance & administration solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• Ability to develop custom integrations using APIs and connectors.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Effective collaboration skills with IT, security, and compliance teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Alignment with government contracting standards and security protocols.
