We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical team on the night shift. In this full-time position, you'll play a vital role in caring for a diverse patient population while working alongside a supportive and collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certification (or willing to obtain within one year)
• Prior experience in med-surg or hospital nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable providing care to patients of all ages and conditions

What You Will Do:

• Provide compassionate care to patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, or observation needs
• Perform assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight hours
• Participate in a rotating schedule including occasional weekends or holidays
