Pay & Benefits

Assistant Managers: $21.00-$22.00 per hour + tips (tips average an additional $3.00-$4.00 per hour !)

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift operations
• Help drive sales while creating a positive workplace culture
