Swim Aide
Under the direction of the Swim Program Coordinator and Swim Instructors, Swim Aides assist with the delivery of Tiger Swim Program swim lessons and help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment for student swimmers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years of age.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with children of various ages and abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Physical & Environmental Demands
- Ability to remain in the pool area for extended periods.
- Ability to assist children in and around the water.
- Indoor pool environment with high humidity, warm water temperatures, and exposure to pool chemicals.
Position reports to: Director of Community Education
