Chick-fil-A at Fountain City offers a Career Launch Program to learn the business from the ground up, either to prepare for the corporate Leadership Development Program or to continue growing within the store. Greg Harb serves as a Board Member with Christian Academy of Knoxville and Chick-fil-A at Fountain City donates to many local schools and organizations within the community. This full-time role is ideal for a recent college graduate or emerging professional who wants to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership, business operations, or pursue Chick-fil-A's highly competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP). Operator Greg Harb is hands on in his restaurant and leads a thriving team at Chick-fil-A Fountain City. He cares deeply about his team, sets clear goals and expectations, and leads by example.
