Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential/commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, permits, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Review blueprints, contracts, and project specifications Track project progress and prepare status reports Resolve project delays, conflicts, and site issues efficiently Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders Control project costs and approve invoices / change orders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 3–10+ years of construction project management experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting Experience with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or AutoCAD Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Associated Tank Constructors
