What You'll Do
As a Cook / Kitchen Team Member, you'll help prepare the great-tasting food our guests love while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxby's recipes and quality standards.
- Assemble guest orders accurately and quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
- Receive, stock, and rotate inventory.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
- Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service.
- Keep workstations stocked and ready throughout your shift.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
