Responsibilities:

• Reviewing worksheets, coordinating, and adjusting activities according to production needs
• Random samples once a month for USPA sample regulations
• Checking and verifying that the pallet quantity and weight are correct
• Entering work orders system for product in and out, raw material transfers, and pending orders
• Managing special projects. Assisting in the processing room with the preparation of boxes and packaging of finished product in boxes, weighing it on the scale, and labeling it with the correct description of its packaging. The person in charge must take samples and send them to Duluth
• Closing work orders and adjusting them in the system. Assisting with documents and plans using (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Also assisting in production needs, for example: labels and gloves

Education: High school diploma or GED, minimum 6 months experience in administrative activities

Tools: Software and computer: Basic Office knowledge

Skills and capabilities: Managed, punctual, numerical, planning and process tracking, self-directed

Languages: Spanish, English
