- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Current mental health license in CA:
- Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists
- Registered Associate Social Workers
- Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselors
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors
- Experience working with children and adolescents required; school-based experience preferred
