Hire Up Staffing is looking for a detail‑oriented Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Normal, IL. Pay: $19/hr. Shift: Monday‑Friday 8am‑4:30pm. Responsibilities Assemble control panels and other electrical/mechanical components Use small hand tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Read and follow wire schedules, assembly guides, and work instructions Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Distinguish between wire colors and components during the assembly process Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use small hand tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to distinguish between colors for wiring and component identification Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
