Joliet Junior College is seeking a Specialist II in Student Accounts & Payments (TEMP) to handle billing, payments, refunds and collections in a fast-paced environment. Under the Bursar and within FERPA guidelines, you will maintain confidentiality, manage accounts, and support audits while providing excellent customer service.
