About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a strategic and collaborative leader, responsible for all financial functions across the system, including financial reporting and analysis, accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, financial systems, internal controls, and operations improvement. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep healthcare finance experience, particularly in the areas of hospital and physician enterprise operations, long-term care, home care, and for-profit reimbursement. The successful candidate will be a transparent, detail-oriented, and collaborative leader, capable of instilling confidence, trust, and providing clear financial insight. The CFO will also be expected to identify emerging risks and opportunities and support strong decision-making in line with the organization's mission. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field being required. Professional certifications such as CPA and/or HFMA and ACHE designations are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in health system finance and operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial stewardship, employee stability, and service excellence, and will be a trusted advisor on all financial matters, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop financial strategies that support the organization's long-term growth and stability.
