Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Tulsa, OK 74104

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 07:15), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Every other weekend required. 6:1 patient ratio. Float to similar Med/Surg/Telemetry units as needed.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic acute care medical surgical unit
• Work with diverse patient populations including post-catheterization, post-angiography, and general Med/Surg acute care patients
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system with modern equipment including smart IV pumps and mobile technology
• Shorter average length of stay with clinical decision unit functionality
• 20-hour orientation with up to two pre-approved time-off periods during contract

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, central line management, and wound care
• Charge nurse experience, community hospital, LTAC, and trauma center experience preferred
• Must reside outside 75-mile local radius
