Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

Location: Everett, WA
Salary: $80,000–$90,000/year
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services with minimal supervision. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapy assistants/aides, manage documentation, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and facility staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress toward functional goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure medical necessity.
• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, physicians, coworkers, and payors.
• Participate in facility meetings, clinical in-services, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, OSHA, state regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain required continuing education and current CPR certification.
• Support positive relationships with facilities and healthcare partners.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or substantially equivalent international education.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license/registration .
• Current CPR certification meeting state requirements.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
