• Engage with a dedicated team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit.
• Perform a variety of procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE).
• Benefit from a Level I Trauma Center environment, enhancing your professional expertise.
• Enjoy a predictable day-shift schedule from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with every third weekend on call.

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive interventional radiology services within a hospital-based environment. As part of a committed team, you will manage an average of 8 cases per day, focusing on adult patients with a significant geriatric population. The scope of practice includes engaging in multidisciplinary cases across orthopedics, gynecology, and urology, ensuring a diverse and stimulating work experience.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Join the team in a locum capacity starting September 1, 2026, with an open-ended duration, providing flexibility and continuity. The role requires coverage for every third weekend and weekday call, ensuring a balanced work-life integration. The facility values your commitment and offers lodging on campus if needed, along with mileage reimbursement at the IRS Standard Rate.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Interventional Radiology [REQUIRED]

• Local providers preferred; travel providers considered with 3+ weeks of monthly availability
