Resident Assistance: Provide assistance to residents during boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained. Report any issues or concerns to management. Schedule Coordination : Work closely with staff and residents to ensure timely transportation scheduling and efficient route planning. Compliance & Safety: Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and facility protocols to ensure a secure and positive travel experience for residents. Communication & Documentation: Maintain accurate transportation logs and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate staff. Customer Service: Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience during transportation. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Previous experience in a transportation, healthcare, or customer service role (preferred) Ability to safely operate a passenger transport vehicle (training provided if necessary) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly Ability to assist residents with mobility needs, including wheelchairs and walkers #J-18808-Ljbffr Somerset Court Of Rocky Mount
