Job DescriptionXPO is Now Hiring Pre-Existing CDL-A Team Drivers in Chicago Hts, ILEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated RoutesTop Pay & Benefits:Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, splitHourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delaysTypical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off4,300 - 4,500 planned weekly milesFull health insurance benefits available on day one401(k) with company matchNo-touch and in-house freightWhat to Expect:As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home.
