Folder Operator

In this position you'll learn to run a machine that folds and finishes mailing pieces.
In this position you will:
- Verify job ticket specifications
- Set-up and operate 4 plate and 6 plate folders
- Set-up and operate Tecnau and MBO cutters
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on folders
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Able to read a ruler (standard & metric)
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to successfully lead a small production team
- High school diploma or equivalent
