Director of Business Development, Multifamily July 16, 2024 Job Description Director of Business Development (Multifamily) | Dallas, Texas About LMF Construction LMF Construction is looking to continue to grow in the 3 rd party multifamily construction world and is looking for a strong person to build our Business Development department. Our success stems from our comprehensive approach. Our understanding of the multi-family market and prospective clients, along with our ability to identify unique areas of potential for each project, ensures long relationships with our clients. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development required. Experience in a leadership role is highly preferred. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth. Strong communication skills and email etiquette. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Your Role Establish a clear and consistent framework that guides the design process, ensures quality and coherence. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals. Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, and other clients. Implement strategies to improve client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s brand and services. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
