Polysomnographic Technologist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and necessary adjustments to insure processes are in control at all times. Perform daily machine inspections and PMs. Set-up Lining machines from a zero-state. Conduct line clearance activities with Quality Techs. Troubleshoot the machines and peripheral equipment as needed. Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. Conduct safety inspections of equipment and tooling prior to use. Within the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to running production after work is done. Enter data onto production and quality paperwork. Assist CPO as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
