Fitness Manager

We have two locations in Bryan and 2 in nearby College Station. Not all locations are hiring, but we always accept applications. Stop by today!

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the fitness department and team performance.

- Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.

Qualifications

- Certified personal trainer with leadership experience.

- Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team.

Requirements:

Certifications / Education Level

High School Diploma or GED required.
Current Certified Personal Trainer certification.
Current CPR and AED certification.

Experience

1-2 years as a personal trainer.
Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees.
Successful personal sales experience.
