As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from: + Connections and experience with some of the top companies in your area + Great benefit package options + Get matched to jobs quickly. + Competitive pay and steady schedule + The ability to see your schedule and track your hours right from our easy-to-use app, JobStack Pay Rate: _The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour_ What you'll be doing as a Recycling Sorter: + Clean and maintain recycling yard and collection equipment + Safely remove chemicals from discarded appliances + Deposit recoverable materials into chutes or place them on conveyor belts + Operate balers to compress recyclable materials into bundles or bales + Use machines to load items onto trucks for shipment to other recycling facilities Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Prior experience in recycling yard preferred + Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, push, pull, and climb + Flexibility to work in all weather conditions + Able to remain in a stationary position for up to 10 hours + Background Check and Drug Test Required Ready to take control of the way you work?
