Architect Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in an Architectural office.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
Job Description:
- Utilize the Firm's Revit and AutoCAD standards for organizing the work.
- Organize and produce construction documents, including detailing.
- Manage the project schedule, milestone deliverables, and project performance.
- Communicate and organize Client and project team members, including consultants.
- Provide creative input, teamwork, and leadership through all phases of the project.
Required Skills:
Design, Detailing, Construction Documents / Project Deliver, Team Communication, Experienced Competency in Applicable Software
Software Skills:
- Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
- Software training / mentoring is available
PHX ARCHITECTURE promotes completion of NCARB AXP requirements for licensure and supports the involvement of project team members through all phases of a project, from beginning to end.
