• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing, case management, or customer service role - experience in a legal, insurance, or healthcare setting is a strong plus, as familiarity with medical or claims processes translate directly to this work.
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to explain complex legal and medical processes in clear, empathetic terms and maintain consistent, meaningful contact with a high-volume caseload.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously, track deadlines and treatment milestones, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple communication channels.
