Physician - Pulmonary

The physician provides clinical care in an outpatient/inpatient setting. The physician will provide Pulmonary care in both our Weston and Elkins locations. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

Minimum qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of accredited medical school. Board certified / Board eligible in Pulmonary Disease.
• Experience/Physical Requirements: Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Active and unrestricted West Virginia license. Current federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency certificate. Fully credentialed according to by laws of the organization.

Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
