Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Float
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic Medical Surgical Float role, where you'll provide essential care across various units.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
- Float between Medical Surgical and MS/Tele units as needed
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
- Work night shifts on a 3x12 hour schedule
- Adhere to patient care ratios of 1:5-6
- Ensure compliance with holiday and weekend work requirements
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Surgical Float position
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Experience in a Medical Surgical unit
- Willingness to float between units
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
