PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Newborns through Pediatrics Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 16 patients per day Case Mix: General Pediatric outpatient careFACILITY INFORMATION
Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic equipment Specialty Backup Available: Onsite pediatricians and behavioral health support Support Staff Available: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and healthcare administratorPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Pediatric wellness exams Sick visits and acute pediatric care Preventive pediatric care and immunizationsJOB REQUIREMENTS
COVID and Flu vaccinated Experience in outpatient community health or vulnerable populations preferred Must be proficient with Epic EMR and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
