Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in locating and selecting the correct parts in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure organization of parts in the counter area. Process sales transactions efficiently and handle related paperwork. Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Identify and suggest potential opportunities for up-selling or improving parts availability. Continuously develop product knowledge and participate in training to support career growth within the company. Requirements Previous experience in parts sales or a related automotive role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic computer skills for inventory and sales processing. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
