Senior Systems Engineer

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior level Systems Engineer. This position is in direct support of DoD Projects. Responsibilities Assess requirements and develop Test Procedures / Plans for a variety of system tests. Document and present findings to technical developer staff and act as liaison with the customer test community to convey test findings from the user community to the technical development team. Provide real-time documentation to ensure a valid test is performed to meet requirement specifications. Perform requirements traceability to ensure all aspects defined requirements are adequately tested. Create the Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and write detailed procedures traced directly to system requirements. Lead cross-functional teams through laboratory runs, field trials, or formal gates like Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs). Required: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, technical discipline or equivalent experience. 10 years of professional technical experience. Experience developing testing strategies and executing system operations or test. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Desired: Active Secret level security clearance. Five or more years of experience testing software intensive systems. Experience and knowledge of testing practices throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
