Are you looking to expand your role and influence within a growing segment of the business?If so, we want you on our team.Kirby Risk is seeking a Power Distribution Specialist to drive growth across our Power Distribution product lines by supporting sales efforts, developing market strategies, and partnering with teams across the organization.What You’ll Do as a Power Distribution SpecialistIn this role, you’ll operate within the estimating department, making efforts to grow all product groups with a strong focus on Power Distribution sales while supporting both customers and internal teams.You’ll:Drive and support Power Distribution sales within assigned territoriesMeet or exceed sales goals and performance expectationsIdentify, develop, and manage project opportunities within key accountsAnalyze market conditions and develop strategic sales plans to increase market shareExecute sales strategies to expand Power Distribution businessPartner with Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver technical expertise and solutionsCollaborate with Area Sales Managers to align territory growth strategiesSupport training and development of internal teams to strengthen product knowledgeEnsure a consistent and professional approach to quotes, bids, and customer interactionsWhat Makes You a Great FitCollege degree or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in electrical distribution, sales, or a related fieldGoal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeedStrong interpersonal and customer relationship skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSolid understanding of business operations and sales processesProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar toolsCollaborative team player with a responsive and professional approachWhat to Expect in This RoleTerritory-based role with regular customer engagementCollaboration across sales, project management, and leadership teamsOpportunity to influence growth in a key product segmentFull-time schedule, Monday–FridayWhy Kirby Risk?Founded in 1926, Kirby Risk is a trusted leader in electrical supply and manufacturing.
