Job Description

Looking for flatbed drivers based near Plum to run a dedicated steel account — steady regional freight and your weekends stay yours.

THE FREIGHT
Hauling structural steel — pipe and flat steel — on set regional lanes. Miles run 2,300–2,800 a week, and roughly 40–50% of the loads need tarping.

TIME AT HOME
Weekends off, every single week — it's part of how this account runs.

THE MONEY

$1,500 sign-on bonus, hits your first paycheck
Paid 27% of linehaul revenue
Most drivers land between $1,500–$2,000 a week
$40 every time you tarp
$50 for layover
$16/hour once detention kicks in
$300/week per diem

Newer Freightliner and Kenworth automatics — nothing run-down.
