Job Description
Peppercorn is a fast casual restaurant featuring smoked meats in tex-mex burritos, bowls, tacos, enchiladas, and sandwiches and now creating a breakfast menu.
THIS POSITION WORKS MONDAY-SATURDAY FOR VARIOUS SHIFTS TO INCLUDE BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER UP TO 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
- Great attitude
- Enjoying working the back of the restaurant and jumping into the front of the restaurant when needed
- Line cook experience is a plus
- Serving others
- Effective teamwork
- Extremely reliable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation
- Enjoy working in a fast pace environment

- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Keep the restaurant clean at all times
- Strong communications skills
- MUST have ABC permit or be able to obtain a permit immediately

Summary
In the role of Back of the House, you will be essential in delivering high-quality food and service within our establishment. Reporting to the Head Chef and Owner, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, food handling and guest satisfaction to create an exceptional experience. Additionally, your relevant skills in the back of the house to include food prep, cooking, working the line, dish and cleaning will ensure a team building experience with our employees.
