ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Proven ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and family members
• Comfortable managing patients with complex medical conditions and varying acuity levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and care for critically ill patients, administering medications and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
• Respond to emergencies and provide advanced life support as needed
• Continuously document patient changes, treatments, and progress
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
