ECMO ICU Opportunities FT Night 7:00pm -7:00am. The ECMO ICU is looking for experienced ECMO RN's who strive to deliver the highest quality care for our ECMO population. The ECMO ICU RN is competent in all mechanical circulatory devices including percutaneous and implantable ventricular assist devices, intra-aortic balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy and ECMO. Our team is dedicated, efficient, inspiring and committed to providing the most elite extracorporeal care available in the world. ECMO ICU Patient Population: All ECLS patients receiving VA, VV, VP, VA-V, RVAD and ECPR therapies. Disease processes including but not limited to post cardiotomy syndrome, cardiogenic shock, advanced heart failure, pre and post heart/lung transplant, ARDS, and post cardiac arrest. Patient Ratios: 1:1 RN to ECMO patient.
