Civil Engineering Project Manager

Walsh Engineering & Associates* is a Maine-based consulting engineering firm specializing in Civil Site Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Compliance, and Construction Management. We’re currently looking for a *Civil Engineer / Project Manager* to join our Westbrook team and play a key role in shaping projects from concept through construction.
_In this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:
* Collaborating with project managers on site assessments and feasibility studies
* Developing site layouts, grading plans, utilities, and stormwater designs
* Supporting permitting efforts at the local and state level
* Presenting projects to planning boards and review committees
* Monitoring construction progress and performing site inspections
* Building strong relationships with clients, regulators, and team members
* Keeping projects on track with regular updates and communication
_2+ years of civil/site engineering experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (EIT or PE preferred)
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Familiarity with site design, permitting, grading, drainage, and erosion control
* Knowledge of Maine DEP regulations and local permitting processes is a plus
