About the Role:

As the Director of Nursing , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect. Your expertise will help ensure that our nursing staff is equipped to provide exceptional care to our patients, while also promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a patient-centered approach to care

• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure effective communication and teamwork

• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of staff and materials

• Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing leadership , with a focus on long-term care or rehabilitation

• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, policies, and procedures

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
