Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Active New York RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 2 years of experience, with prior ED or emergency/trauma experience preferred
- EPIC experience required
- Key clinical skills: IV therapy, respiratory management, cardiac monitoring, neurology/trauma care, emergency skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and triage patients in an emergency setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and support to families

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Call-off policy: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract
- Pre-approved time off: 1 shift
- Candidates within a specified radius for RN positions not accepted
